Cave Weta live in New Zealand. They are native and nocturnal animals. In the day time Cave Weta hide in caves, tunnels, hollow trees, and under rocks. At night they will come out to eat plants (not leaves) mushrooms and dead bugs. Cave weta can jump up to 3 meters. Cave Weta cannot hear but have long antenni. They also have foot pads and can sense ground vibrations.
